We were so excited and blessed to have The New Song Kids Choir sing for us on our KICKOFF Sunday this year. It was special for our kids to see how people their own age are able to lead others in worship and do devotional skits which make a very definite point for spiritual growth. Jody was so much fun to work with and brought a special spirit to our morning. THANKS to you all for making our Kickoff Sunday very special!
Minnesota Teen Challenge has decided to use your song at this year's banquet! The annual banquet is a huge affair - usually around 1,000 attend. The choir always sings a couple of songs. This year, the plan is for them to do 3 songs. "I Was Made to Worship" was an easy pick for the committee. Usually, we do songs that are new to the choir, but the reps who go out with the students each Sunday love your song and want to use it at the banquet. The Director of the Men and Boys Program, Pastor Terry Francis, said, "That song always brings me to tears. It is truly anointed." Thank you for your willingness to share your gift with us at MnTC. It will be exciting to share it with our supporters!
A touching tribute from children to the moms they may or may not have known. We have two adopted children in The New Song Kids Choir and this is an especially meaningful song for them and their families. "Thank you, Mom, for not giving up, but giving me life . . ."
