There are many things that contribute to this blessing both for me personally and for this church. Your ability to work together with us in a context of worship was so rare. We were so excited and blessed to have The New Song Kids Choir sing for us on our KICKOFF Sunday this year. It was special for our kids to see how people their own age are able to lead others in worship and do devotional skits which make a very definite point for spiritual growth. Minnesota Teen Challenge has decided to use your song at this year's banquet! The annual banquet is a huge affair - usually around 1,000 attend. The choir always sings a couple of songs. This year, the plan is for them to do 3 songs. "I Was Made to Worship" was an easy pick for the committee. Usually, we do songs that are new to the choir, but the reps who go out with the students each Sunday love your song and want to use it at the banquet. The Director of the Men and Boys Program, Pastor Terry Francis, said, "That song always brings me to tears. It is truly anointed." Thank you for your willingness to share your gift with us at MnTC. It will be exciting to share it with our supporters!

The New Song Kid's Choir under the direction of Jody Abboud, visited and performed for Advent Lutheran Church in Maple Grove and may I say what a delight and an inspiration it was to host them. The choir is made up of extremely talented young singers and it was very obvious that they have learned so very much under the wonderful direction of Jody. They truly exude excitement and energy when they sing as well as speak, and it was a great pleasure to watch and hear them glorify the Lord through their wonderfully inspiring music. I would love to recommend to you The New Song Kids Choir under the direction of Jody Abboud. It has been my privilege to have the NSKC sing at two of the churches I have pastored. These kids are an awesome group of musicians. More important is the spirit of worship that they bring with them. They not only love to sing but love the One about whom they sing! Our congregation and community just loved the kids and their music. Our church kids have been learning Jody's music and have shared it in worship at our church. Jody was even gracious enough to let our kids sing along with the choir on a couple of numbers at their recent concert.
